HISTORY
Pablo is produced by Bodegas San Alejandro which was founded in 1962 (over 50 years ago) in Calatayud.This region is the perfect area for viticulture, with high altitude vineyards in a warm, dry climate. The grapes slowly ripen over one of the longest growing seasons in EuropeThe diversity of soil type leads to low yielding and varied vineyard plots from which we choose the best fruit possibleThe vineyards that San Alejandro inherited when they took over the sites are some of the oldest in the region and are an average of 60 years old with some vines up to 100 years of age.
