Terms and Conditions
Please place your orders from Monday - Friday between 9:00am to 4:00pm and Saturday between 9:00am to 12:00pm. Orders can be placed after 4:00pm, but will be processed the second business days following. You may contact you sales or call the office directly at (853) 2878 3044.
For deliveries free of charge, there must be a minimum value of MOP 800. Orders received prior to 4:00pm will be delivered within 2-3 working days. The order less than minimum order amount or more than one delivery location per order, MOP 150 delivery charge will be applied.
Should deliveries be made to a quayside or pier, the customer shall be responsible for arranging sea transport and loading/unloading, also paying for any charges thus incurred.
Delivery service will be delayed or suspended under bad weather conditions, includes but not limited to rain with thunderstorm, typhoon signal No. 8 or black rainstorm warning. Customer may be contacted for re-scheduling delivery.
Delivery service does not apply to addresses where goods cannot be delivered via stairs but have to go through the balcony on arrival or flats on the 4th floor or above in buildings without elevators.
We reserve the right to decline goods delivery to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.
2. NON-PICKUP / NON-DELIVERY
The Company reserves the right to charge the storage fees under the following circumstances:
Customer fails to pick up the wine within 2 weeks of purchase or wine is non-deliverable within 2 weeks from the purchasing date caused by the customer.
The Company has the right to dispose of the wine without further notice to the Customer, if the customer has not collected the wine and paid the storage fees for 6 months from the date of notification by the Company that the wine is ready. The Company shall have no liability to the customer in respect of disposal of the wine in such circumstances.
3. PRICES & VINTAGES
Please note that all prices and vintage quoted in this price list are subject to change especially for our small and boutique producers and from those regions of major currency fluctuations. Vintages will naturally progress to the next vintage as stocks are depleted, subject to mutual consent.
An invoice and delivery note accompanies each order. The duplicate copy of the delivery note should be signed and returned to the Company as the receipt of delivery.
5. QUALITY OF THE WINE
MilonWine (Macau) Company Limited and the producers that we represent guarantee the quality of our wines. However, due to a number of external factors, a wine bottle might have faults. All orders are carefully checked prior to delivery. Should you find that a bottle has been deemed faulty, please contact your sales representative within 2 business days for examination. Please note that wines that are submitted for examination after this time will not be eligible for reimbursement.
6. CREDIT TERMS
Goods are offered on cash terms, for credit account applications please contact our office at or speak directly to your sales representative. Credit accounts may be opened at the discretion of the Company. Credit account could be opened on application of corporate customer with supporting documents. A monthly statement of account will be sent to each customer, which itemizes each transaction. Credit accounts are to be settled within the specified credit period. Our Company reserves the right to withdraw or amend the credit terms whenever it deems necessary. We would appreciate that the credit application will need to be updated once every two years on our request or your notification to us in writing for any subsequent change of information.
For those customers who have credit terms, payment should be settled via cash, cheque or bank transfer. Cheques could be sent to our Account Department by mail. Post-dated cheques are not acceptable.
All goods sold remain under the title of MilonWine (Macau) Company Limited unless the total invoice amounts are fully settled. All risks in the products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery but the Company shall retain title in the products until full payment has been received.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Company.
